Not sure there's anyway of completely getting out of it but you could always reduce the tariff down to the lowest possible ie less minutes texts etc, thus reducing the cost.

Alternatively you could go to phones4u etc and they can sometimes buy you out of your current contract if you take out anew contract.

Normaly to get out of your contract early you pay the months left Times the amount you pay a month

Ring them up and they might let you upgrade early if you spend enough each month

go to Phones 4 U, they do some deal where you give them your old phone and that suaully pays off what the contract is worth and then you can take out a new contract on the day.

They don't actually buy you out of it though.. They take your old phone, give you money for it, then advise you to spend the money to pay the rest of your contract off in one sum..

You can ring up and just pay the remainder if your contract Matt..

6 months at £35 say.. £205 to buy out..

Tell them you want to cancel and it'll cost you your monthly tariff by remaining months as said up there ^

How much do you pay monthly for your phone out of interest, I only have until September to wait on mine and dying for a new phone.
