Havent seen a guide for fitting these so here we are.
It might be a totally different way of fitting to what others on here have done, but this is how we did db_sax's and it went well.
First Things first you will need:
(Keep all window seals when removing old windows)
Helps if you put the tiger seal in a tub of hot water before use.
First you will need to remove the wing mirror. This is for the bolt that will hold the window in place.
Line the window in the door as you want it to sit. (helps if you put it front facing down first)
When its in place drill through the wing mirror base mount area.
Remove the window again and file the hole down to how you want it.
Get the main window seal and push into place around the top of the door. It is easier to start from the front (nearest wing mirror) and work back.
Take off all the protective film from the polycarb ready to mount. (we did try not removing the film when mounting but it creates a problem removing it all)
Now you will need to apply the tiger seal into the rubber window seal, use the nossle to get it as far in as possible. Do the along the length of the seal.
Place the polycarb back in and push it deep into the seal as far up into the top of the door as possible. When this is done, line the previously drilled hole up for a bolt and nut to be attached. You may need to re drill through as the tiger seal sometimes makes life hard to get the bolt through. It will be held in place securely now.
Place the long straight seal on the inside of the door. This will push the window out so it is near enough flush with the other side.
You will now need to apply tiger seal along the outer edge of the window. If you push the nossle down between the outside of the door and window this will as you dont want to see the iger seal afterwards.
Wedge pieces of cardboard on the inside of the window to push it out. This will help it bond correctly.
Final stage is to ensure a water tight seal. Mask off the window to the lip of the door.
Apply the sealant to the top of the sill.
We found it helps to use a card to smooth it in so it doesnt look so messy.
They should then look like this.
Sorry about the length of this. Feel free to move also if its in the wrong section.
Good luck
