Yeah I've got dovobet. i use it and it clears up straight away but it seems to come back worse lol. Been for the UVB treatment which was really good but they won't let me have any more for a while lol. Might see about renting a sunbed but try not to get burnt as it makes it worse haha.

I got some stuff from the chemist to use in the bath but its shite lol. The doctors gave me some new new to use called hydromol which is good when I use it on my skin but I haven't tried it in the bath yet
