Default Crap Phone Charger

I bought a cheap and nasty phone charger on eBay. My phone uses more charge than the charger puts in. Is it definitely down to the shit charger or could it be that the cig lighter doesn't put out the right charge? How could I check?

CIG lighter would be my guess, does it charge if phone is simply sat idle? Or if you connect it and rinse the internet, does it still discharge.

Nope, still discharges if it's sat idle. I actually think its worse when it's plugged in. Drove from mine to a mate's house which is like 5/10 minutes away and it lost 2%!

Is that a decent charger or an eBay jobbie?

What phone is it and whats the outputs of the standard phone charger?

Match that with a charger from Ebay and it will work fine

Doesn't have that listed. Think I'm gonna go to halfords or similar and get a known one that works. Cheers for the help.
