Thanks dude where about do you work then? and did you see it parked up or me driving?

Haha sure sure but i really doubt ill be selling anytime soon. Such a fun car to drive.

Needs abit more tlc regarding the exterior, mechanically i need a few bits and bobs to get it running bang on mainly transmission side of things.

Plans may change for this, this year. I have a spare jp4 lump sitting in my garage and 16 valvers make great power boosted....choices choices...

I work across the road at 'AndyPack' for my dad, it's next to 'ppatterns', only part time as i'm still at college. Was parked up when I saw it.

With a little bit of work/tlc I think you'll be on to a winner! & boost is always a good idea! haha!

Right bit of an update.

Sourced a k&n gen II induction kit for less than 20 quid. No heat shield but its much better than my other air filter.

Decided to give it a well deserved clean. The sahara polluted mucky rain that came down over two days made a very bad mess.
I wish i had of took pics before i washed it. Taken on my shitty phone camera.

The haze is still pretty bad. Gave it a good 3 hour polish session with Autoglym paint renovator followed by Autoglym super resin polish.

It removed a good wack of the scratches but i really dont think i can get it any better without a machine polisher.

Also the above pic of the back arch is pissing me off. The lad who had this before me decided to roll the arches without a heat gun. Its chipped like that both sides and i have no idea what to do with it.

On a bad note i think i need the arches welding as there seems to be a decent amount of rust from inside the boot on both arches. Quite small sections but i am hoping to get in there next weekend, clean it all off and have a look how bad the damage is.

Still to do.

Fit new starter motor.
Gloss black front and rear bump strips.
Remove the remainder of stickers on passenger/drivers doors.
Ecu/battery covers
New throttle cable
New clutch cable
Fit cold air intake.

I was close to buying these but i dunno if they would suit the car or not. maybe some one photo shop them for me?

Wow its been a while,

well I still have this car, and its been great fun driving it this year.

Not really done many mods with it to be honest just looked after it and sorted all the niggles i had when it was first bought.

Couple of mods but nothing major.

Heko wind deflectors
mags sprayed black and wrapped in continental contact sports
Full service
new valeo clutch.
6000k hids

Been very busy with work and other stuff so haven't had much time to put into the car. But theirs big plans for it.

Going to turbocharge it this year. so keep an eye out for the coming months.

thanks dude loved that mk1 turbo lol.

Sorted me a turbo mani kind of.

Its a stainless 4-1 but where the 4 branches end, and go into the single branch, i can cut that off, and weld a gt flange on it quite easily - turbo will sit high enough in a nice place to so no problems there.

Whats helping atm is i have a vts lump on a stand im using to mock all the bits up.

Downpipe being made end of feb by myself. pics soon.
