Nah, what if someones travelling the country. Their from Devon, get spotted in manchester and scotland....

Then have a general "been spotted section" along with sub forums. So if they have seen someone whilst travelling and not sure where they were they can post in the general if not they could post in the area sections.
Just seems like it would make it less cluttered.

perfectly fine how it is.
Its not an often used section anyone, no point in just creating tons of sub forums all the time.
if you keep making tons more forums/sub forums members dont join as the site is to complicated.

I think the reason no one uses it is because its so hard to navigate through.. Especially with people posting threads with no real clue of where they have spotted this car, thus, the person spotted, never seeing the thread = Pointless thread, is this not the "Clutter" you talk of..?
For example, ones in there at the mo..
"silver vt* and blue flat arch"
"Who's is this?"
"black vtr"
Ect..

One problem with that....
TWICE I have been spotted outside this area - once in the north of Scotland and once in Yorkshire - I am not gonna check all the spotted forums when I go out lol!
One forum is easier - less to thumb through....some people use their regions' forum anyway for spotteds?
