Good luck my friend. They're useless.
Out of the 50 or so people in our technical support department about 3 knew anything about computers.
Last I knew orange don't cap speeds. They send you a letter if you go over then every 6 months or so they ban people that badly abuse the service.
After about an hours worth of resetting your livebox and computer and changing your micro filters they'll send a line test.
An actual quote from one of the 60 year old blokes that worked on tech...
"Everyone that cant connect to the internet is getting this page cannot be displayed error, must be a server that's down for them all to get the same message"
