I've got my eye on some chips on ebay. They say they make your car go quicker... .how potato can do that i don't know but i'll give anything a go since my electric turbo gave me booooost.

No major powers like locking and deleting threads. Just say an edit function for peoples posts and a caution option, or an option that can refer the post to proper mods to deal with.
Report button is alright to use for this, but that's not what that's intended for.
Abuse of powers and you get anally raped by Leeroy.

Obviously abusing the privilege would result in a lifetime ban or something... unless it was changing Leeroy's threads to all say... "I love Fiesta St's and non turbo subaru's."
