Saxos for sale section
1- I think members should not be allowed to comment on any for sale thread in that section and make it only open to the seller and mods. For example, if I'm selling a car only I can add a post to my thread.
2- Have a template:
3- Change the name to "Cars for sale"

Is this kind of what SSC does now?
It seems a good idea, but I do like being able to post in cars for sale section, but hate when people post "its not worth half that"... "didn't you buy that car for £1k less a month ago", so in that sense, yes a good idea.

Its a good idea because forums are full or retards and people who love taking the piss.
It will stop comments like "I'll give you £500 cash tonight" for a car worth much more, and "Can you deliver to xxxx" even though the place is 300 miles away.

i like the idea mate.. if it does change i think you should be able to access the cars for sale section as a new member and not need 100 posts etc.. plainly because i wanted a vtr so came on here to find a descent well looked after one and couldn't find one as i couldnt access the for sale section.
glad i joined the forum though it helps a lot !

can't see it be "too" hard to design, maybe get in contact with Autotrader's designers, not too sure.
