I think its one of the most underrated colours, cant fathom why everyone hates it. Mk1s in this colour always seem to go cheap though for this reason I reckon

I will admit my one isnt brilliant body work wise but when its polished it comes up Ok and you can see the flake in the paint pretty nicely. Its just one of those colours that when its a grotty day and its dirty it looks a flat and dull

Cheers mate, the roof is bad as the previous owner went mad with tiger seal and scratched a lot of it messing with the sunroof. Also the laquer on the wings is bubbled but all this is nothing some vinyl cant hide if I get so inclined. From a distance though it looks alright!

Done an LED conversion to the dash tonight, doesn't look to much different from standard in these iphone photos but it looks a lot brighter in real life and much less dim than the standard 13 year old bulbs. Also the dash warning lights look very bright and much better

I got about 20 from an ebay store as I had some money refunded to paypal so thought it'd use it up instead of waiting to withdraw it. They are sort of an aqua colour now, bit like a sea blue, very bright and clear but not to different from standard due to the green film. The dipped/full beam lights are really bright

Only done some little jobs today, messed with the sunroof winder and installed the mechanisms but found the cables are pretty much seized unfortunately so that idea out of the window. Resealed the sunroof again but more discreetly this time, also cut down the roll cage bolts and adjusted the rear shocks.
On the hunt for some more buckets if I can find some very very cheaply as one of my Corbeau GT8s has a large rip from the bolster to midsection. If anyone can do me a set for under £50 I'd be happy bunny

Went to collect a new arm today, came to about £40. Put that on earlier this evening, the old ball joint was so knackered just shaking the arm in your hand would cause it to move. Also went to my mates delivery place and picked up the Cobra Clubmans I got - really comfy seats and I can fit in them better than the corbeaus, so those will be put in sometime soon but I just need to clean them first
One manky old arm with worn ball joint
New arm on
Back on the lawn while putting the cars away - job done!
