what happened to the seat ? What exactly is the issue you are seeing? (what is happening when you operate the lever)

Have you tried pressing the level and physically pulling the seat?

Hello mate the level on the drivers side to change upright position is not actually operating the clicks too it ! , if that makes any sense ? . Its now in back recline position took off the drivers side plastic trim too look around and had a butchers on the other side too , nothing seems out of place , though I am no expert on what i am actually looking at ! lol

I know you can push the seat adjuster forwards to make the seat bend forwards, assuming it's a 3 door? My point being, can you press down the seat catch on the door side of the seat? I'm just thinking and typing. The piece that you grab to let someone in the back, can it be pressed down? I assume theres a rod which connects the two parts, the seat adjuster and the seat release catch. Maybe the shaft is broken. I'm gonna stop typing now because I'm rambling...

Hello mate , cheers . The handle moves freely just ain't no click stop at all . Not sure taking the seat apart will help . Shame as the seat is still in great condition .

Might as well take it apart if it's a dead loss otherwise. The VTS seats are pretty basic and once you unzip the covers you can get pretty good access in to the back of them.
