Could be then if you put a second hand one on, they're a really common fault

Ive taken the stalk out of its position and tried the stalk and still no luck, ive replaced the stalk with a new one, iv replaced the relay, and taken out the hazard switch, everything works when i press the hazards, but as soon as i indicate with the stalk, no relay clicks, no dashboard lights, or bulbs flash.. so its something connected to the stalk and stuff

Sounds like wiring fault then, have you checked all fuses?
