did you get it sorted in the end Jay?
Raceland fitted, and what a fucking ball ache it was too.
Car feels slightly slower(?) and a tad noiser
might be getting removed if it keeps this up...

driving like a gay. Incidently, where did you relocated you lambda wire to... I'm a bit concerned about the fact that the wire just dangles near the nearside driveshaft

Wahey tis the jumping man, like how he's stating the obvious... *cough* on stilts (that said, is it jacked one side and yet the passenger side still has that much room in the arch??? )
250 miles to half a tank, pretty good going sayer. Were you stuck in traffic on the way back from devon? If so that's even better
I'd give the raceland a while to bed in tbh, may notice a slight difference then.

Needs replacing soon... once I find a second hand one

and adam I did say it would make more noise with the fannymould on.
cant you cable tie the sensor wire off to another cable, mounting point to stop it dangling.

I made one just now... which is sad times to say the least. Glad the car made it though Wankers throwing a mcFlurry... I'm glad to see they didn't eat the filth, just a shame to dump it on your car

hahaha, if that's the hardest mod then I'll be happy i think. Power feels ummm... wasn't sure at first, mind you the oil doesn't hit temperature until 6 miles into a trip anyway so couldn't really test it. Then had a little blast with GF in and thought it felt better. But sounds like it's blowing, or that's actually the sound the Raceland makes the exhaust produce
the last blast, felt mucho torque around 4-5k... but really I want to get it on the rollers and check it because it feels crappy now at 6-7k... but there is a difference between what is actually going on and what I 'feel' is going on... i think.

I had a quick fiddle, but I'm guessing it's ok as it probably would have ripped up if it had touched the nearside shaft by now... but I'm still not happy so I'll have a reroute on wednesday. Going to our friends at Kwikfit on wednesday to bolt up the other spring/bolt thingy. Maybe get an emissions check to see if it's blowing or not
Oh and....
It's off to Andy (Luthor1) on Wednesday to do, hopefully, the signing off of the 3-Plug Predator ECU.
Thanks for the comments peeps!

Looks like some beast from Lord of the Rings does Ryan
Sayer I am seriously interested in seeing if it produces more power, as I have said in previous threads the cars I have driven or been in with the Raceland manifold did feel slower then without one

Food for throught is that on a 106 hill climb car the raceland produced more torque/power all over the rev range over a gmc. Although that was on a higher spec engine, where the OE manifold might be very very restrictive.
And that this was the main reason everyone started going raceland. The different primary design to the OE one will of course change the characterisitcs of the engine slightly as it will be changing the pulsing quite a considerable amount aswell as the airflow characterisitcs.

It's going to Austec, middle of next month with the ZSOC people, they're the company who RR'd it when it was standard, so hoping to avoid figure errors from using different rollers.
I think that the resonator box being back on might help some what, so I might have a crack tonight disassembling, then refit on wednesday and see what happens.
The other thing might be that the ECU is in the process of compensating for the mani being there, so for time being the Air/Fuel might be a bit out but gradually it compensates and then corrects itself...
