Default j4/jp4s hybrid cams

Right

Thought I had the build sorted and ready to go

I've just read the JP4S has different more sporty cams than the JP4.
I've had the head drilled to take a J4 manifold,

question is,

how much better are the J4 cams than the JP4S cams, as I've heard the J4 cams fit but are slightly off and a few people have had trouble with it.
Apparently they also have different springs.

Is it worth changing the JP4S bits over to the J4 bits or will it make just as much power (& reliability) as if I left it as it is?

Also shitting myself with regards to valve clearance, the JP4S apparently have valve cutouts which suggest more lift - or will it be okay with the even stiffer J4 springs?
