ok ive seen this argument/comparison before

whos your favourite?

for me it has to be paul van dyk imo. for an angel, words, we are alive and tell me why are some of my favourite songs which he has created himself

although the remixes of adagio for strings and silence by tiesto and suburban train are also in my top favs.

im sayin PVD just tips it! this was on my mind as he is apparently appearing in middlesbrough on 5th october. cant be missing that

agreed tiesto deffo, over PVD, but eddie halliwell has some mint live sets proper gets the crowed pumped

for me now its PVD. Tiesto has now turned into a pop star and he is letting his standards slip.

Having said that Eddie halliwell is my new legend after his behaviour at creamfields when he upstaged ferry lol!

was just before above and beyond!!!!

Tieso makes good music, very good musci in fact!!

But after seeing them both play live various times PVD is without a lot better! He is Legend!!

theres popular and theres turning into a pop star. same as david guetta tbh, his live performances do nothing for me now, he is all about being the god on stage and less about dropping the tunes to get the crowd going, when i saw him recently he dropped love is gone 3/4 times in the same set, then kept rewinding the last tune, which really really pissed off the dj who was on next.

PVD live still does it for me and his productions still keep coming back, tiesto hasnt really produced much recently thats made me go wow, and all of his live sets now are far lower standard than say 2 years ago.

hes now a superstar whos forgotten what made him imo.
