I have posted this in the technique sticky, but i thought i would post it in a normal thread, as not that many people read the stickies and i found these videos really helpful.
They are mainly for portrait stuff, but there are a fair few people on here shooting this kind of stuff so i thought it would be really helpful. There is a whole bunch of episodes, ranging from what soft and hard light is, how to use a light meter, 3head setup, first and 2nd curtain is really good demonstration etc etc
