Pic looks quite good although i'm not too keen on mega contrast on HDR photo's. As for a camera, the Finepix S5700 is a good camera that has many settings (most of which are on DSLR's). All my pics in my thread of France were taken with it. You can probably pick one up now for £100 or something. They don't have a lens as such like a DSLR but they kind of have if you get me. Look at a pic of one and you will see what I mean .

And there was me thinking you need a pro camera and three different pics to get that effect! Looks really good mate! Good effort!

Using Dynamic-Photo HDR you only need one pic now and it simulates what a HDR would look like using 3 different exposed photographs. Quite cool really as it shows a preview using 3 photos and a preview of the simulated one (1 photo). They look almost identical, alot faster to use as well :y;

^^ yes and no mate.
yes it will simulate the effect, ie apply the tone mapping but you are still better to use the three different exposures as the whole point is that you can reproduce a larger tonal range which is not possible from a single image capture.

When I dont HDR (not very often) i take about 7 pics, one really under exposed, then going up about 3 EVs to getting it over exposed, there are some rubbish programs out there that HDR images, dont bother using the Photoshop one either, thats bobbins.
I think Photomatrix is the best one!
