New cd player got fitted, as soon as i turn my lights on at night it keeps blowing fuses

My car didn't have a cd player in so i got one from Halfords and they wired it up for me and it works fine, but when i came out of work that night i turned my lights on and all my dashboad lights went out and so has the back right light, so looked at my fuses and fuse 12 has blown so put a new one in and soon as i turn my lights on it blows again

There is either 4 or 5 wires connecting to the power iso block on the back of the stereo, one of them only gets power when the headlights are turned on (it's to light up the original stereo) the other wires are gound, perm and switched live, take a multimeter to the wires and find them.

Perm live goes to the stereo memory wire, switched live goes to the power wire, lights is not connected. and ground is well...ground
