Default Driveshaft oil seal replacement?

I've recently been replacing the wishbone and driveshaft after removing the old driveshaft i've noticed the gearbox side had a kind of rubber seal thats got a light piece missing on the out edge looks like its torn out. I wondered if its easy to replace by removing the old one and then putting in a new one? Obviously i don't want to replace the driveshaft then it be leaking. Has anyone replaced one before? It doesn't seem particularly strong rubber its pretty flimsy to be fair.

Do you mean the oil seal pressed into the gearbox? If so yes jack the car up as high as you can on that side so oil runs to other side of the box remove drive shaft pop the seal out using a bar, then tap the new one in using the correct size socket.
