Demon-Tweaks have them listed in their motorsport catalogue. I think the best option might be to take a stock one and send it somewhere like QEP, and they will lighten it for you and it's not that expensive...

What about Kam-Racing? think they only sell other aftermarket ones atm...

Are you looking to replace the original item or just have some work on it to make it lighter?

Send your standard one away to a Motorsport Engineering company mate, works out cheaper and standard of work is quality, well, for me anyway.

tbh, the gains you notics are negligable.

you'd gain more by taing the equivalent ratio weight from the car.

can't remember exactly, but for example, 2 oz on the fly might be the same as removing 5 lbs from inside the car.

it's a very similar concept, as you are still reducing the initial weight of the car that has to be moved.

also, if lightened a lot, it will make the car easier to stall as it will start to have the ifdel characteristics of a lairy cam.

i'm not against them, i quiet wont one myself, just giving you some useful info on them.

cheers

In neutral it will do and a tiny bit in 1snt and maybe 2nd... depends how much is taken off! Don't think anything beneficial can be taken off tbh

The way forward is to get a new flywheel rather than to modify the existing one! If theres no limit on cost have a look for a pugsport one like in the pic...

the best option would be to have a very small 1 piece flywheel made, and then run a small clutch.

Yeah to a certain extent as you said it depends how much is taken off. Car's i've experienced with lightened flywheels certainly make a noticeable difference.
