Engine issue

Hi guys, my saxo diesel has developed an issue lately.

When accelerating from a stop the engine judders a bit especially in the low gears and only at part throttle. At full throttle it doesnt judder.

At first i thought that im releasing the clutch too fast. But not even when i release it slowly it judders, engine is fine when idling though.

Engine has 85k kilometers, im thinking maybe injectors are a bjt dirty? Fuel fikter replaced recently.

Today i bought a set of injector nozzles, they werent expensive and i figure they would need a refurbish by now anyway. Do these injectors have normal copper washers that seal to the head?
