Time to bring it back to life…
Hi All,
We have a 2002 VTS, which has been parked up and not used for too long.
Life gets in the way, but I think it’s time to bring it back to life.
I’ve used the site on and off for a while for info.
Now I’m gonna be searching for answers to questions and looking for loads of advise probably.
So let’s get this started.
I’ll post a couple of photos once I work out how too 🤦🏻

It’s not been on the road for 5 and a bit years
Things I can think of that it needs:
New battery
New tyres
Key fob batteries
Clips for body kit trim (some are fooked)
Take for an MOT, will give me a list of things to sort!
Couple of body kit panels, due to car park dents
Fix small dent on wing
Wheel refurb
What else is it likely to need?

Full service for definite, and probably new belts, at least the alternator since its such easy access.

I'm in the same situation at the minute with my quiksilver, it's been off the road for around 5 years and I just can't bring myself to get started on it.

Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk

Probably a new rear beam as they failed just looking at them. Definitely rear calipers as they were always terrible
