Some good news
Having just got off the phone to Pug1Offski, they are more than happy to do ECUs for 3 pluggers. They've done many 3 pluggers in the past.
They use Emerald, £580 I think. And charge 3 hours labour to wire it into my car. Not bad at all! They can also get hold of ATP's! Will be getting a call back on Monday with a full quote. They also send the car off to Northampton Motrosport for mapping which is superb, as I feel they really know their shit.
Things are brightening up quite nicely.

Cheers Colin.
Can't wait for this. The chap I talked to said he hasn't done an ATP conversion yet, so would be very interested to do so. I'm not 100% I want them, but they are a fair bit cheaper than Jenvey SF's. I think I'll just go with the flow...

Got a chance to test last night. WTF! The car went absolutely skitzo! It was like it had been given an extra 50bhp! I couldn't wipe the grin from my face. I was thinking... If I got bodies and all mapped up and it drove like this, I'd be over the moon! I got to my folk's house, did a few hours work on the car, nothing to the engine... When I drove back late in the evening, it felt a bit flat again. WTF? I just don't get it... Is it possible the inlet temp sensor is faulty, backing off the timing?

Northampton Motorsport will do just fine.
Just got off the phone to Peugeot. They wanted £168 + VAT for a lambda sensor. LMFAO! Yeah right!

Well considering Dave is the emerald king, would it not make sense to take it there to have it mapped!

Maybe. But when we went to the last RR day, Ryan's engine was running rich at the top. And that was Dave who mapped it... Anyway, let's not split hairs. Part of Pug1Off's service of doing a TB install and ECU wiring, is to get Northampton Motorsport to then map it. I wouldn't want to take it back un-mapped, undriveable, just so Dave can do it. I'm impressed with Northmapton Motorsport and I think they will do a very good job.

Long as the timing has been setup correctly it will be fine, I drove down all from newcastle to Dave's in unmapped TB vts was fine.

Just saying he is the best to map that ecu, the bloke who designs and creates the ECU's is based above the rolling road unit Dave has, so will answer or help with any problems or concerns you have one the day.
