Got some more done over the past couple of days.
Last night Shay (mrs) gave me a hand with a few bits...
Before fitting the carpet Shay & I removed the electric window switches from the loom so i can re-route it to there new location
Secondly was to cut the carpet so it fits around the satshifter gearstick;-
and the inside of the bulkhead;-
Obviously that meant the carpet was back in and fitted
Next up was to tackle the brake servo which was in a shocking state so i decided to give it the full works... So i set about sanding it all down by hand which took over 3 hours and i finished at 11:30 last night!! Left it looking like this...
2 coats of gloss black paint
Then came to fitting it... Along with the bracket which I had powdercoated
and the brake bar powdercoated as well
Sam aka the Mule helped me fit it all and cleaned all the nuts and bolts we fitted, exhibit A;-
Fitting the brake servo etc
Sam also helped me fit the drivers side wing after we gave the inner wing a layer of gloss black over the primer that Mark had put on it
and sealed the wing back on
Finally the engine bay as it currently stands...
Coming on quite quickly now
