Default ive been here over 30 days, got 100 posts
and i stilllll cant add a sig, avatar orr view the for sale forums?

is there another bit of criteria i have to fill?

Once you meet the 100 post and 30 days (to the hour/minute) criteria, the server automatically upgrades account once each hour.

Just a case of waiting unfortunately.
