Avatars have gone, as they are un-necessary and as commented in other threads, Ive been trying to reduce server load.

The pager links are in the same place as previously EXCEPT in the user profile page. This will be corrected when the user profile tabbed display is fixed.

It's 95% functional and Ive been too busy to correct. sorry
