Update:
Went and picked the car up today, and also swapped the cd player round, mine has a USB and its easier to put songs on a USB than spend the time burning to a disk, anway, was a having a little thought while looking at the car, I think I might leave alot of it standard, ill be putting a few exterior things from my old one like, lights and grill but thats about it, gonna leave it like it is, on my 1.1 i got vt bumper and colour coded it and sprayed the front bumper grill black, so yeah this probably wont be updated much because of this

Little update:
Woke up this morning with a smashed fog light, so I thought I would swap the fogs from my 1.1
Personally I think some little prick done it, but then I think surely they would of done both or the headlights

After I re-fitted all the screws/bolts/bumper/wheel ect I looked at the bumper and it was rather gappy! So I was gonna ask y'all if this was normally until I adjusted the 2 bolts on the bumper, might aswell show you to pics

Sits much better now!

O I took some pics before I swapped the fogs, so it has the smoked headlights with a broken fog, will get some more pics up tomorrow with the smoked fogs also!

Not the greatest pics but both of my sexo's!

Yellow smoked fog lights
Sportex 3" backbox

So heres the update, like I said I got my fog light smashed and changed it for my smoked yellow glass tint ones heres some pics!

Not to everyones taste but I like them
Also received my sportex backbox

Bit rusty looking but its not as bad up close lol

Only the backbox not de-cat yet

Sounds nice tbh, nice and deep, my brothers friends (the mechanic) thinks their could possibly be blowing on some of the pipe at the front possible near the manifold as its rather loud their 2, o the pipes seem to knock when I break, asked on another thread but no-1 replied, just seems to knock abit, dont no what it is but will look better tomorrow after work

Update:
VTR Alloys now on
VTR door badges

Havnt updated this in a while, well couple weeks so going to now.
Not much tbh but here we go

Got round to fitting my VTR alloys onto this car, I had some trouble with getting them off the 1.1 because the locking nut decided to be a cu*t. So my brother toke it one saturday when I was at work and got them off for me with his mechanic friend, apparently it was a right pain to get them off but they did it. So I was looking forward to fitting them on my furio, but came to getting this alloys of and AGAIN this locking nut thing was worn to heck and so was the bolt, so AGAIN had to take it to my brothers friend and he got them off one night for me and swapped the alloys over, so right now I have a car that has alloys that can be stole easy lol, buying new locking nuts tomorrow.
So heres some pics:

While I was their I got a look over and took a few pictures of the underneath, doesnt look pretty but he said it still has a couple years left in it if I just did nothing to the underneath, but i plan to do what he said.

So yeah that was a couple days ago, today however (30th) got round to doing little things that annoyed me, like the mirrors for the pull down things to block the sun out (forgot what they called) well the mirrors had fallen off so I re-attached them, i got round to cleaning it, I bought some bumper shine stuff and some cleaning stuff for dash board and door cards, looked much better. O I also got round to fitting my VTR door badges (i dont care what you think, look at this thread for my rant on it: http://www.saxperience.com/forum/showthread.php?t=85453)

So yeah pics:

So yeah thanksss.

This is going to sound really stupid, but what are H.I.D's and how much? Is it something to do with bulbs?

Update:
Xenon headlight bulbs

I went out and bought some xenon h1 bulbs, bought some h4 of ebay and some 501 of ebay also

I think they look much better tbh, but one concern I found was my passenger side was not as bright as my driver side light, what would be the reason for this, seems as if the reflection is stronger on the driver side. Help would be appreciated, cheers

From reviews I read these are good and they give a more white look instead of yellow, I wanted a cheap option instead of the "maybe illegal" hid conversion (plus seems hard work to fit)

On the car showing the driver side is way brighter, and showing the color difference between the headlight and yellow fog

If I dont get some replies about the headlight brightness I might start a different thread to see if I can get some solutions
cheers

maybe the drivers side isn't dipped as much as the passengers? ...or maybe the passengers is dipped too low? they might need ajusting/aligning? (i am no expert lol)

Cheers for replying mate, will have a look and do some re-search in to it, I looked at the headlights on my other saxo and they are fine so I might just steal them ones, lol
