Default refitting wingmirror. Snapped components

Hey, my passenger side mirror recently got snapped to the point where the mirror isn’t damaged and is just hanging off. However it cannot be clipped back in as small parts in where the mirror actually goes have snapped when it was forced off.

Does anyone know of any way to get the mirror back on? Trying to stay away from tape and that

Thanks,
Saxospuds

Nope new mirror time, you don't need a passenger mirror anyway.

Yeah that will be a new mirror. They get old and brittle. My mechanism once snapped when I went to fold the mirror in and another time a mirror snapped when some kind person walking up the path hit it forward. I was just in a scrap yard yesterday getting some struts for my saxo as they're knackered and using the scrap parts temporarily because I can't afford to fully repair my current ones. I got them off a blue saxo desire, it looked to have an intact passenger wing mirror. The mirror is the colour coded type but the coloured part had been removed. If yours is colour coded you can just pop off the coloured part and refit to the replacement. If it isn't colour coded then I'm not being helpful. I think they may deliver but I can't guarantee it. Here is the place.
