Where can i get these from? And how do they work exactly? Being wireless and all that. Does it work with the iPod Touch?

Anywhere, you can get them for like £30 probs less than that lol. The ones i had was a transmitter which plugged into the headphone socket on your device of any kind and plugged into the plug socket sawell for power, so isnt exactly back pack portable sorta thing.

Yeah, I bought mine from Tesco, They work at a good range But your device is must be near a plug socket
