Default suspected scammer - consvts

I purchased some hid lights off this kid a couple of weeks ago now, he said he had sent them but they got sent back to his house for whatever reason so i let it be but still haven't recieved anything and he said he's had 3 other items come back to his house too. Now iv asked for my money back and he said that if there not there by the end of the week (last week) he would refund me, still nothing so i opened a claim on paypal.

Since then ive been in contact with him and he said he cant refund me when the claim is open but i thought you could and i don't want to close it?

I have also since seen 2 other people on the 106 forum having problem with him so beware!

the two members on 106 owners anderz_07 and flyffes i think hes name was..they both were refunded the full amount straight away and ive the stuff returned to me via cotacting the post office as for finding the hids they were marked as delivered to the address u gave me and when u asked for a refund and opened a dispute i pm'd you and you moved the dispute on so i wasn't going messing about with you so i left it till disputed ended and ya got your money back

i never had any problem sellong anything or getting stuff sent to me bar them three items plus buying a pod off blackie and an arm rest of dan which took over a month to be delivered to me as they were returned to them aswell and anyone wishing to pm any of the said mentioned fire ahead and ask as i aint a scammer

the member jage his full name and address and membership id on here and 106 has been pasted on to the garda aswell had the receipt of posted item is down as delivered by registered post to the address i was given so they will be in touch with him

thats the only reason why the case is still open!

i never asked him to close it i asked how i give a refund while a case has been opened case i genuily never had to deal with one before..

again i am a genuie seller and i dont have any control over postal service...as blackie can say took near a month just for him to send a pod to me and two attempts as it got lost

same from dan-sutble with a unversal arm rest i bought got lost three times before i got it

once i can confirm items arent delivered and i will give refunds am not getting con'd out of money again...

sorry for inconvience like but i aint posting stuff for free like

the two members andrez and fylffes were refunded once i found items that were lost
refunds were given and i got items back

then why does it take you 9 or 10 days to reply when i know you have been online?
The case has been open a long time and you havent once replied?

I haven't received anything my end. You say i moved the case on? I gave you 3 weeks to refund me! Until escalating it but you never replied or anything so it was my only choice. You cant have 4 items that go missing one after another! I have only ever had 3 problems with the postal service and thats why everything of mine goes insured and tracked!

How come you could find out there things were lost but not mine?

You even told a moderator you were going to refund me but nothing..

Agree with Cam. Getting worse on here with this.

Its going to get to a point where nobody will buy because of it.

Rules need adjusting. No question.

How? For example...? What use is a post about how wrong something is with no suggestion on how to improve? I'm all up for changing something (rules, process etc) when it's for the greater good of the forum, but I can't read your mind sweetheart.
