Default I'm new here

Hey everyone, I passed my test back in May but was waiting for a new car. My mum got a new car so I received hers, a Saxo Desire 1.1 from 03. It's been in the family since it's birth, and my family aren't necessarily car people, so it hasn't been treat too well.

There are numerous problems, all small though, mechanical & electrical failures on windows, blown speakers, body paint peeling & general exterior & interior being filthy, different tires & hub caps on each wheel, gear box wobbly etc etc etc...

But all these are minor fixes and as a car guy I'm happy to learn by fixing them. The car is light and fun and as a first car it's been great, been practicing heel toeing at roundabouts with great success due to french pedal spacing.

Nice to meet you all and you can expect to see me a lot more. First project is a good clean and replacing front speakers for that SQ.

See you all round.
