Increase in scumbags??
Just recently I have noticed a definate increase in scumbags that are targetting totally innocent people..
On Sunday a mate was on his pushbike £1500 quids worth (he has a pushbike instead of car and commutes everywhere on it including doing a hell of a lot of fundraising for cancer research etc as his sister died from it)...
Just having a bike ride when a car full of chavs parked up and started shouting abuse at him for no reason as he was on his own, he carried on with his bike ride and ignored them (not a fighter infact far from it hence them targetting him) only for them to knock him off his bike and run over his bike several times writing it off.... and giving him a fractured jaw to further enhance their pleasure
Last Night an innocent woman was raped and stabbed repeatedly by some sick monster.
On saturday night a car full of lads threw a glass bottle of beer at my car fortunately missing it ...whilst yeilding wheel braces and baseball bats out the car window at 10pm at night...I had done nothing to excuse this and stupidly tried to follow them however fortunately looking back on the situation I lost them...(I would of probably got mutilated)
The other night me and a few mates just parked up at the cinema having a chat in the cars after watching a movie to see a group of lads (18 year old plus target a lad no older than 16 who was with his girlfriend... fortunately there where me and abut 4 other lads so they scattered as soon as we approached them...
There just seems to be an increase in scumbags and it only seems to be getting worse, is it not about time stiffer penalties where put in place?
It's only innocent people that seem to suffer!!
I know a load of scumbags round here all of which seem to be having several scumbag kids...
Will the day come when genuine people are hard to find??
Surely more scumbags and 30,000 less police is not going to be very helpful towards the situation either?

Never as bad as it is now, it seems to be getting out of control, I don't live in the city centre but I work there...
Where I live is not too bad it's the surrounding areas... just seems constant shit such as smashing windows, nitro morsing cars etc. etc

Ino what you mean mate there are some total idiots about these days doing all sorts of stuff to people. Imo if you do something to harm someone In a physical way you should be straight locked up for s good 6 months then they won't be doing it again, now a days all they get Is a little fine and at a push 60hours community service.

i was going to mention the fact he was from notts, but im from leeds so really wouldnt have the cheek lmao.
it's everywhere you go mate, people will and can be absolute cunts, just try and look out for the good that other people do and ignore all the pricks who will hopefully kill themselves with drugs or cars, and injure nobody else in the process.

ive just moved up from milton keynes and i feel like ive moved to another world not 80 miles from home, some of the stuff that happens here is unthinkable down in mk

Got our fair share in surrey
My rear wiper arm got pulled off for me (did me a favour was gunna do this myself)
And they left a lovely dent in my door, obv kicked it coz you could see the footprint.

only ever hassle ive had is when i went to birkenhead near tranmeres football ground and had some lad kicking of at me cos i apaz jumped the cue at the kebab house and he said he was infront of me

yep shottingham for you.
my cousins used to live in clifton (don't know if you know where that is) and some pikeys targeted their house waited untill my cousin left to his mates house and robbed everything apart from the massive tv which they dropped in the front garden. since then they've moved but the people were never caught.
insurance covered everything though
