Got it today at long last, its 3.1.3 software on Cydia jailbreak - which i dont like.
Is it worth going to OS4.0 or jailbreaking using spirit?
Also once jailbroken can i use iTunes to sync music and pics still?

Thats it fixed now, re jailbroke it on 3.1.3 cos it was still running 2.??
