He won't get banned. Personally i see no benefit to them all it does to me when im in a game and i hear a FAL going off at 10shots per second i just think well....they're shit. But each to their own

had someone last night using a modded controller with the FAL, even if they dont kill ya you can still hear it in the distance firing fully auto
luckily the guy was still terrible though
