iphone 4 no speaker but have loudspeaker? Water seals?

my iphone 4 speaker doesnt work on the phone,

when i ring someone i carnt hear them
but they can hear me

if i turn to loudspeaker i can hear them?

So i took it into carphone warhous where i have top cover with the "geek squad" for them to tell me the water has got in the phone.

As the seals are pink?
At this point i dont have a clue what they are on about
it was bought direct from them and i havent even been near anywater?

Where do i stand?
the phone is perfect par the none hearing on calls.....

wife used to work for mobile insurance company she said its the biggest thing for people claiming she said it can happen with phone in your pocket if you get sweaty damp gets to it or taking phone in bathroom if your in bath or shower

yep and because the sensors have gone pink, its voided apple warrenty!

if its never been in water then fight ur case, as someone on here had the same issue, the sensors went pink but its not been in water, it was from sweat and apple refused to replace it, he got the manager and got a refurbed one in the end
