Furio to Vtr/vts
So i think my headgasket is near enough gone had a few quotes from garages and they all saying around 350-400 depending on head skimming and i know it will need one becuase of overheating problems.
My question is how much would a garage charge me to fit a complete engine either vtr/vts or should i just get the headgasket done

wouldn't be too keen on doing it using parts supplied by customers tbh, we'd be running the risk of being given the wrong parts, parts missing, engine running like a bag of poo and having customer blame us. It happened to williams_vts on here when he did one for a fella who started a mega long thread slating williams for faults that weren't his problem

Think i can remember that thread, but yh i can understand and i would rather have a engine that i know is working. How much would just the headgasket be with the head being skimmed ?
Would you suggest getting it done on a 1.4furio 02plate or just put a different engine in
