1) Remove Harddrive
2) Pack Xbox in an unmarked box with support number
3) Driver will pick it up
4)Driver will deliver new one in 28days

They take them down to london somewhere and should take you roughly 3 weeks till you get your new one back. you'll also get given a months xbox live code. Because you've missed out on valuable game playing time.

The ring of death thing, is now covered by a 3 year warrenty on all 360's now.

Any other problems it's the standard one year warrenty.

Is there any point of you owning a games console.......As Leckie said you never go on it....surely selling up to buy a different games console is pretty dumb even by your standards....
