I've got a Mk1 Posi Blue VTS on a P plate on the drive. Needs a clutch, belts and a general ovehaul.

5/10 at them moment

Yeah I hope it's as simple as that, never is though lol.<br><br>The clutch, belts and brakes will hopefully be done over next couple of months. Was a lurker on here for absolutely years before i signed up. Still have my saxo, still enjoying it too. The build threads are still a good read, and as already said, theres quite a lot of information on here too.

Still have mine on the driveway, paint is flaking in lots of areas, mechanically it still runs, brakes not good. SORN at the minute.

Just sold my 106 GTi last week. Had it for 3 and a bit years. Had many before hand and immediately regretted selling each and every one. Can go for months without driving one but, once actually parting with them... I lose a little bit more of me every time ��
