I'm with Tiscali....
Only had one problem with them and it was the router resetting itself and having to ring baghdad to get them to sort it out for me
Disconnects after i've been connected for a few weeks but then i'm back in action again a few seconds later

I am with Tiscali, if you are using the OneTouch modems they give you, that is not going to be helping any
I had that and got disconnected all the time, I bought myself a wireless router and I have only be disconnected a few times in the last 6-8 month.

I'm with tiscali and it's fine even with wireless. Where you live an have a major effect on the service you recieve tbh. Like i live far away from the centre and a its a quiet area so I don't think 8MB broadband is available even if paid for.

used to be with tiscali, they started off being great, but after about a year and a half we wanted out. customer service is almost non-existant, stupid damn connection went on and off, and worst of all they were reluctant to let us go, even after our contract had ended with them! It took us about 3 months to leave them and go to Sky Broadband, which is bloody fantastic in comparison- wireless, reliable, good customer service, strong signal always, everything tiscali wasn't.

i'm on my 2nd year with tiscali, only ever had two problems with them. the first is the fact that when you call them the bloke/women on the other end of the phone can't understand you, and the other one was when there was a problem at the switch board-which was sorted within the time frame they told me. other than that they've been good.

Im with Tiscali, paying for 8mb, kept connecting at 4mb, could live with that. But then it kept disconnecting, rung em up, did some fucking about, and now it connects at 288kbps!!!!!!!! Not even 1mb. Cba ringing em up again though, too much hassle, I can hardly hear em, and when I can I struggle to understand. At least it stays connected now I suppose.
Though in fairness when he realised my computer was slow he gave me tips to make it a bit quicker (I knew them already but a nice gesture non-the-less.)

I'm with tiscali and it throws a wobbler now and again, I put half of it down to the Sagem modem.
But *touch wood* I've never had a problem before whilst on my PS3, thats running through a BT router.
