The rules are very clear.
You must prove the car is for motorsport use and requires an MOT to travel between stages or to and from events etc. for example, a blue book, in date seats and harnesses and an MSA approved cage, fire extinguishers, bright or contrasting towing eyes/hooks/straps etc. Only features like that would make the car obviously (keyword! ) for motorsport use.
I am now going to find some info to back me up on the subject and I'll be posting it here when I find some.
Okay here's some info I've found from a credible source https://mattersoftesting.blog.gov.uk...e-a-rally-car/
Good picture of a man under the bonnet of a Subaru. very fitting.
