Fuck it I don't want to be celtic gaelic or anything any more.
I'm happy being a north easternly smoggie bender.
What does cungaidh actually mean though? Seriously, google couldn't translate it to anything other than medicine.

Personally, as much as I love technology and usually opt for a more powerful computer over an apple product, I'm always disappointed with build quality. My XPS cost me a little over 4k back in 2010 (custom spec) anyway even that feels built with cheap shit. Same with phones. Apple products are not just expensive because they're apple it's because they are better quality products. Sure not much changes in terms of tech spec but they are always refining the overall product and it offers a better overall user experience imo. It may take longer for apple to produce a like product in terms of hardware, but when it does you can guarantee it will end up being an overall better product.
Cheap pc's with high spec are cheaper for a reason, I never had an issue with my MB Pro, never had any actual technical issues with any of my iphones. Had many build issues with my XPS. I've used android phones, no matter their features I've always thought they feel inferior.
After seing those nokia pics it's made me think about my old 8310! I need to find that.
Best phones I've had are;
Nokia 8210
Nokia 8310
Nokia 8800 - It was gold just to be bling bling
Nokia Lunar - so stylish loved it
SE T68i - with cam
SE T610
SE W810i
I still have quite a few of my old phones none of the 88 series though sold those they were worth dollar! certainly won't be selling my w810i or t68i. My N95's are fucccccccccccked.
I do talk some shite don't I?

It was all about how compact it was, straight forward no fucking around and it had radio!
Technology has come a long way, even if deep down everyone knows they're holding back same with pc technology. Obviously things can be far better than they are with existing technology but there is no place in the market for someone to bring out something like that. The parts and development will cost a bomb and they'd have to better it each time. It's easier to compete with an existing market and earn more in the long run by pro-longing production.
I've never used that Motorola but I did have a Razer that was quite a good looking flip! I used to have a Panasonic Gd87 and a few Samsung flips... loved those phones.
It's all about nostalgia!

Hi, I'm typing on behalf of Dave because he's died, of cardiac arrest.
It's Matt's thread, it deserves to be derailed. He's only going to go out and buy an iPhone anyway, dunno what all this fuss is about!

Exactly that! And it had a cool white back light unlike the green one other nokias had.
I'd have another in an instant but I spend so much time on my 'smartphone' browsing the web or using it as sat nav that I just can't back step. Maybe I'll just get one and use it as a Snake device...
