If you remember mate, you refused to send the bonnet back from day 1 as you refused to pay return postage. I did tell you it was your responsible to pay return postage but you though you was the wiser
Thankyou

I've read every post, and don't believe a word that you come out with. So I've stopped taking what you say literally and read the posts made by the people you've scammed instead. You can't be a cunt to somebody because they're unhappy with a product that you've sold them. They're only intention was to get their money back. You reacted badly and unprofessionally and here we are. You're an absolute joke.

If i was tryin to scam someone it would be for more than a measly £52.
I think you need to look up the term 'scammer'.
This thread has gone from me being a scammer to a personal domestic, makes me laugh

Nice to see you're setting your sights high skids. Doesn't matter how much you've taken, you've supplied a product not fit for purpose and not as described. The buyer is perfectly entitled to a refund (because you didn't state "no refunds" in the sale ad) and you are holding back because they're angry at you.
Scammer.
Ive used this example before. But you buy some eggs from Sainsbury's and get the shopping delivered. The eggs turn out to be cracked and useless. Do you kick up a fuss and ask for a refund? Then imagine if sainsburys replied with "you've been a cunt, so we aren't refunding you".
Wtf is the difference to what youre doing here?

Poor example
Sainsburys dont use a third party to deliver there eggs to they.Like i said the damage was courier damage, del even admitted he could see this. It should have been taken up with the courier and not me.

Thats bullshit we all seen how it was packaged, your asking for damage by packing a bonnet in a box half its size

Try it with Waitrose then, they use ocado to deliver, either way it is still a valid example. Legally, it is the sellers responsibility until the product arrives and the buyer is happy.
LEGALLY, what should have happened is that the bonnet should have been returned, Del should have received his refund and skidshit should have taken it up with the courier (if he believes it was damaged in transit).
Also, did the advert state that the buyer was responsible for the return postage in the event of dissatisfaction? If not, skidshit is LEGALLY responsible for the return postage cost under the distance selling regulations.

Fucking twat, yes I was talking shit:/ paypal closed it because they've now told me that a mobile payment wasn't covered by their protection. I did not make an email up claiming to be paypal like you said I did you sad fuck. Obviously I've lost out here because you really are useless and have never had an intention of refunding like you said you would. Seems like you live in your own world and make so much shit up.

Sorry to add a bit of common sense to the thread again, but it doesn't matter if you're a business or not. You entered a legal contract when the lads paid for something you sold. Therefore it is your duty to ensure the objects reach the buyer in a safe way. You are also required to refund them if they are unhappy unless you've stated in the advert that refunds will not be given.
All the best.

Your common sense has nothing to do with the law.
"The statutory entitlement of quality and fitness for purpose only applies when buying from someone who is ‘acting in the course of a business’ i.e a second-hand car dealer. You do not have any legal recourse as regards quality where you are buying through an individual who is selling an item as a one-off private sale"
Quoted from a reliable source.

So why not be the bigger man, and refund him/them?
You're just showing your immaturity by doing what you are.
This is like playground bickering ' He did that, so i'm not gonna do that.."

English please... If your going to try and be funny at least have it make sense. Retard
Also just to make you aware when you sell something you enter into a contract with the buyer, such as ebay.. If you bought something off of ebay and there was a problem with the currier it is the sellers responsibility to sort with the currier not the buyer.
