Default Advisory - MOT....any ideas?

Just had an MOT on my Saxo VTS and got an advisory for :- front nearside & offside suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated....which ones are they?
Are they easy to fix?

rear of the lower arm are the usual fail points. not too bad to replace even with arm on the car but a sight easier with the arm on the bench
