age and no claims are only two factors in calculating insurance damo there could be quite a few reasons its that cheap and he hasnt said which company thats with either

it would be even cheaper if he lived up here
aye his excess could be huge or he could be with a company like endsleigh (i think thats the name) my mates with them hes just turned 20 has 2 years no claims and is paying about 800 quid on a 250+ bhp golf rallye
