Default Not scammer but problem between us

me and pjw have had a problem and he has been ruining my for sale threads so i thought it was best to bring it to here and away from for sale

i sold him 2 rear arches 1 with a slight black mark on (with photos to prove) i said happy to take anymore etc he asked for nothing. i then wrapped fully in bubble wrap and he booked and aranged his own courier.
items he recieved he then said where nakered and wernt what he wanted which i was confused about but apolagised.

he then wanted wheel arches and paid me £20 and booked his own courier. said

and here is a premade address label:

If you prefer to write it on, my address is:
(not posting his details)

neither links worked so i wrote his address on, and the couriers did not take it. i apolagised and said im happy to book a courier for him for free but he declined so i then refunded him his money back straight away (when i was available)

not really too sure what i have done wrong? or what he has done wrong jsut seems to be a problem

we both have exchanged a few rude remarks to each other which i shouldnt have done but i got wound up as im being accused of a poor seller when i have had 0 problems with others.

This is getting ridiculous.

Im not saying you scammed me, far from it. I posted in your for sale thread because:

A) I didnt want to leave iTrader feedback at the time, because i wanted to give you fair chance in the future.

Since you sent me this:

Quote:
i no longer own a saxo so this forum means shit all to me
I didnt see the point in that.

B) I wanted others to have all the information at hand at what went on so they could buy online safely. Id certainly want to know if i was buying from someone.

C) You posted my full details given in confidence on the forum three times.

Here is the summary.

I did recieve a refund for one item i bought off you. That i dont dispute.

1) The VT Trims you sold me were damaged; all the metal clips were snapped off and this was not described when sold. This was not done in transit.

2) You failed to pack the items as agreed and this led to them being knackered upon receipt and fit for the bin.

3) The PMs i sent you with details for the courier was sent the day before the arranged collection time. Why didnt you get in touch if you had a problem?

[b]I really arent that bothered about this issue. You are dragging it out more than necessary[b] - but ill go with it This thread has been started by you, and now its in the 'Scammer' section, its you trying to make me out to be something im not, which im not happy about. My reasons for putting the posts in your for sale thread are above.

i did say not a scammer just a problem? and i also said neither of us are at fault just seems to be a problem? please read the title?
i dont care about a forum because its a forum? i dont understand what i have done wrong, if you didnt like my sales there was no need to post and ruin my for sale thread. you could and shouldve just left itrader and left it at that.
metal clips cost maybe £1 at citroen if even that, when removing arches clips are usually bent i did ask if you wanted more photos of anything did i not? and you said no its fine?

im not making you out to be a scammer at all, im just asking for points of view on what either of us have done wrong. even the title says not a scammer?

Do you think after the stacks of PMs i had to trawl through and hassle i had, i wanted anything more to do with you or your items?

Read my post above regarding your questions.

Yes it is a forum, and if your selling items theres a level of trust for you to send them, and that they are as described. Regardless of your payment method. In my opinion that attitude stinks and should be shown to other potential buyers.

As above, its over and done with, im not that fussed. You continue if you want.

no offence but i;ve brought off you. the lights u sent were sent damaged when i went through your pics in the for sale thread u can clearly see the crack in the lense along the bottom of the light.
when i first messaged you bout them u said they were damaged in transit and i had to claim off courior. i really couldn;t be arsed with all that as lights were cheap and luck would have it i picked up a replacement for free. but still things weren;t as described. and i can see by the amount of scammer threads you have posted you wouldn;t be happy by these outcomes yourself.

If you can see a crack in the pictures.. then its your own fault for not looking at the pictures closely before buying them fella.

The clips on VT kits break very easy and should be expected when buying a second hand kit.

Too many buyers on saxp buy second hand items expecting them to be in absolute mint condition. Buy from a proper company brand new items. 2nd hand items are cheaper for a reason

may as well close this thread

but thanks paul

being honest ive never sold a broken item and if i do i always refund like i did here i try to be honest but couriers do break things thats why i say to people you book them now at your own risk or collect as you can look at the item in person.
