You might know your stuff, but the only way i'm going to learn is by gaining information off people like you. So I would geuninely be greatful if you could provide me with some decent info rather than just shun it down and say it's shit blah blah.
And to be fair, this sterotypical 'pump' in your chest and arms that everyone talks at the bar about, does not involve me, so I would rather you not just throw me in with these stereotypes.
Finally, dusher you seem so far up this lads arse it's not even funny.

Lol, I've seen Dusher argue with Dizzy before, far from the truth. Don't ask for advice then dismiss the answers... no point asking in the first place if you don't like criticism :\

Cheers for that mate, appreciate you taking the time to actually come up with some constructive help and different exercises and such like. I'll have a look at some videos of the exercises you've added to look at form etc.

Well in this instance it didn't seem far from the truth. How do you expect me not to dismiss answers if most of them are just 'it's a shit routine' etc. and not offer any from of constructive advice/ criticism? Especially as this Dizzy is supposed to be such an expert. For example Makaveli has actually tweaked the routine and added new exercises/ rep patterns. So I will deifnately take note of that. That is the sort of answer I was looking for.

And the only reason I said you seemed up his arse is because as soon as he piped up and started cussing it down, you suddenly started agreeing with everything he said. That's how it came across anyway. The joys of the internet aye.

Ahhh you did? Just thought by your comments about no one giving constructive criticism that you must of missed it. I dont argue for the sake of arguing, if something is wrong, Ill say its wrong. The fact is Dizzy, although his way of putting things can come accross a bit harsh, was correct.
Thing about forums is you get all ranges of experience. You could of been training months for all we know, if so that routine wouldnt of been too bad. But with experience comes knowledge, and to be fair your training missed some of the basics.
Just try adding the exercises Ive said as see how you get on. Its all about trial and error anyways, somethings that will work for you now, might not work for you next year. Change it up and get massif innit.

I didn't say no one gave any constructive criticism, some people did. But i'm not going to keep having petty arguments about this.
And I know full well my routine might have missed some of the basics, but as said countless times, I posted on here to get advice and change my routine to suit, not just look at pointless responses from 'experts' saying the routine is shit.
The only reason I quoted makaveli's post and mentioned I would try look in to doing what he suggested, is because he took note that I was performing this routine at home, and provided suitable exercises for this, not including exercises such as 'cable crossovers' etc.
Change it up and get massif innit, just lol.

First of all, 10 out of 10 for your sense of humour. And cable crossovers are just like decline flys, use your brain for fuck sakes. Its not hard. If you knew what the basics are then you would have already have been doing them. Your attitude stinks, fuck wasting my time on you.

All I know is that cable crossovers are done using a machine due to the word cable. I've never looked at any videos on machine exercises, therefore I didn't know they're just like decline flys and the name doesn't imply anything of the sort to someone who doesn't know, so no need to get so touchy about it. And you're the one saying my attitude stinks? Don't reply anymore in this thread then, simple.

I'm not being funny mate, but how difficult is it to go on bodybuilding.com and read some of the stuff and educate yourself? Surely a forum like that is a better starting place than a car forum?

I'm not being funny mate, but as i've mentioned already in this thread i've joined uk muscle on a recommendation and browsed the site's stickies and various links for quite a while. I did infact look on bodybuilding.com as well. With that and looking at previous threads from this section, I formed this routine, which is very simlar to quite a few others I found, and thought I would post it here to see people's views, that is all!
Again, as i've stated previously, i'm no expert by any means so find it difficult who to believe, when a number of people you believe to be very clued up on the subject are telling you different things.
