My Protein code
Hi,
Lots of questions, but I guess it is in the right section
I am just about to order some Impact Whey, Thermopure and Green Tea Extract and wondered if anyone has any discount codes? Or what their code if so I can get 5%.
What does the Vanilla whey taste like? or shall I just get the chocolate?
I have basically ordered the Fat loss bits as I am 31, 5ft 8" and just under 14st and want to get back down to high 12's.
I have not ordered the CLA or BCAA+ as these dont seem to last too long with the dosages, does anyone use them?
I am going to gym 3 times a week for about an hour with a 50/50 split of cardio (interval training) and weights (2 sets of 10 reps).
Cheers,
Rob

Vanillas lush, supprised me anyways, I use bannana. Need something bland I think as it gets sickly.
The thermopure is ment to be canny shit. BCAA + CLA good choice in my eyes. I like L-Carnitine aswell, I would sub the thermopure for just caffeine + green tea extract.

I read a few reviews and it seems to make you sweat shit loads and some people said it worked ok? I will try it for a month and see what happens. I am going to try and take it a bit more seriously and keep track of my results. I am a bit of a tubby git at the moment so have got plenty to lose!

I have the choc mint or choc smooth. I tried whey isolate but it was too frothy lol, prefer the basic protein. I take L-glutamine to help with muscle repair and L-carnitine to aid fat loss (?). I'm now down to 10.3% body fat from 18% so it must be working

Canny drop that pal, how long did that take you? Is that from calipers or scales?

Some fancy old calipers the guy has at the gym mate, used the same ones to measure consistantly. It's not been easy and taken over a year with cutting and training. I've been biking twice a week as well now, 20 miles plus each time to build up my cardio, I'm cutting my gym training down through the winter but I'm not bulking, just maintaining hopefully.
