Despite people saying they don't work, i purchased one and used it daily for about 2 months and... nothing.

My abs looked more defined after doing 30 situps than when i had been using that for about an hour, pretty much a waste of time.

i watch the advert and actully considered one for all of about thirty seconds

If your mrs wants a 6pack just get her to do thirty sit ups every morning and night for a month, itll make a great differnce if she dosent gym reguarly.

your abdominal muscles are a muscle like any other, they need rest so doing it twice a day everyday is just silly.

3 times a week is fine and advoid sit ups as they are pretty shite. do crunches, leg raises, air bikes etc, mix it up abit and target the whole abs
