Default Bulking

Yo.

Basically wanna bulk up, have done for ages..

5 ft 6, 9st..I'm fairly happy with how toned I am but I really wanna just put on a bit of weight but keep the lean look at the same time..I hav actually considered steroids but only for around half an hour as the side effects scare the shit outta me..my diet is also average, takeaways sometimes, canteen food at work, plenty of sugar etc not good!

Can somebody in the know just point me in the right direction in terms of diet/workout etc..it's so hard for me to gain weight, I've been on weight gainer
Before and that had noeffect whatsoever..I bike to and from work (in total around 5 miles) so that's maybe why I'm not gaining
Much..just need someone to roughly underline what I need to do to gain weight but keep the lean physique I have..

Hey mate, when you have a fast mertabolism bulking can be very difficult, i was in the same position and tryed various gainers such as maximuscle progain extreme and found them to work however I soon lost the weight.

Buy a tub of USN Anabolic "(Not steroids)" and give that a go.

As for your work out do 5 sets of 5 and hit the gym atleast 4x a week.

Hope this is of some help, I put on a stone on the USN so I definatly rate it!

Cheers mate that actually helps alot, I looked at something called 'Myotein' but I wasnt sure as reviews said the taste was awful.

Feels like I have been 9stone all my life lol, all I want is to gain around a stone & hammer the gym.

BTW, which one is it? USN Muscle Fuel?

bulking is hard. Trying to bulk at minute, eating double what I did and still hit a plateau already.

I found that once I cleaned my diet up, it completely changed me, i think this may have been because I have never had a very strict diet, however now I do and the weight is piling on well and little extra bodyfat is being added. Best thing I ever did, if you want I can PM you my diet at the moment, I'm constantly changing parts of the diet, adding things in and subbing things out to keep the weight going up.

When you say strict Crunkers, how strict? meal every 2 hours?

Post it up in here mate, gives me a rough idea of what I should be doing myself.

It doesnt help me having a very slight figure aswell, small frame is shit!
