Default Im not sporty...or fit but

Im joining a gym and it has a swimming pool. May be a stupid question but should I swim and go to gym on alternate nights as it would give me a better work out and be more beneficial? Dont want to over work myself but I want to get fit desperatley....(was really slim then got a girlfriend and got a bit to comfortable ).

Sorry if its a stupid question but never really done any thing like this.

Thanks

Depends what ur looking for, do running and weights if u wanna tone up and make yourself appear more built but make sure you have a rest day to let your body rebuild.

Yeah that's what i was thinking, I'm not a serious swimmer so might just go swimming to relax, not really push myself really hard.

Maybe go swimming on rest days as a non impact fat loss. And also you can do it on the same day, maybe early morning swim then weights or circuit in the afternoon

ZMA Is a supplement of magnesium and zinc. It's basically OD'ing on the two and still isn't proven to have any muscle building effects but could possibly increase your strength (I think people on it just get a mental strength boost because they are downing pills lol) Just stick to creatine, it will increase muscle mass, strength and endurance and is much cheaper!
